The original 1-11-18 Council Resolution called for the forming of three (3) districts. That was shot down in court. Following resolutions call for election districts without any preceding adjective before “election districts”. As I read these it seems that the machine can move back from individual council position districts into their original gerrymandering three? Then it would be back in court and more law suits.
