I support exclusive negotiation agreement with related california for the following reasons.

1) Past practice justifies this action.
2) The project is consistent with City’s vision.
3) Related California has proven track record.
4) Jobs will be created.
5) There will be new revenues to the City.

I want to thank the Mayor and Council for doing great job for the city.

The developer, Lamb Partners (Randy Lamb – Atherton Planning Commissioner) started to purchase the two single family homes along Monroe, 906 Monroe St. and 930 Monroe St. in Feb 2019 and Sep 2019 respectively.
